Give Your Athletes the Edge They Deserve

Professional-grade recovery. Team-focused programming. Championship results.

We Understand Team Challenges

The Reality Coaches Face

  • Limited athletic training resources
  • Players missing games due to preventable soft-tissue injuries
  • Fatigue accumulation during tournament weekends and season peaks
  • Budget constraints limiting access to professional-level recovery
  • Pressure to perform in competitive conferences and tournaments

Why Traditional Solutions Fall Short

Most recovery options are either too expensive, too basic, or don't work for groups. Athletic trainers are stretched thin. Sisu fills the gap.

The Sisu Advantage for Teams

Our space accommodates groups — 3,813 square feet, commercial-grade equipment, and team pricing that fits real athletic budgets."

Sample Team Protocols

The following protocols demonstrate how teams typically use Sisu’s modalities throughout the competitive cycle. Contact us to develop customized programming for your team’s specific needs.

  3. Compression Station (20-30 min): Athletes complete compression while hydrating
  4. Individual Treatment (as needed): PEMF or Red Light for specific concerns

Capacity: 15-20 athletes per session

Pre-Season Camp Integration (Weekly)

Best for: High-volume training periods, injury prevention during camp

  1. Monday (Active Recovery): Mobility class + Compression (60 min)
  2. Wednesday (Deep Recovery): Contrast Therapy + Red Light (75 min)
  3. Friday (Preparation): Float or Vibroacoustic + Light mobility (60 min)

This schedule keeps athletes fresh while working within typical school and practice schedules.
