Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can easily change in and out of. For contrast therapy, bring your own towel and swimsuit for contrast therapy. we provide bench mats to sit on. Sauna clothing is available for purchase in our retail area. For float therapy, we provide earplugs and toiletries.
Allow Extra Time for Your First Visit
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your initial appointment. This gives us time to complete a brief intake, answer your questions, and familiarize you with our studio so you can fully relax during your session.

Is there anything I should avoid before my session?
We recommend avoiding alcohol for 24 hours prior and caffeine for at least 2-3 hours before your appointment. For certain modalities like float therapy, avoid shaving or waxing the day of your visit to prevent skin irritation.
