Membership Terms

This page is a plain-language summary of our membership tiers and the terms that go with them. It is here to help you choose the membership that fits your goals. The full, binding terms are set out in the Membership Agreement you review and sign when you enroll, along with our Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy. Where this summary and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

Core services are Contrast Therapy, Float, Compression, Halotherapy, and Vibroacoustic Therapy. Premium services are Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT, ages 18+), AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, Red Light Therapy, and PEMF Therapy. Member pricing for every Premium service and assessment is listed by tier in Schedule A of the Membership Agreement.
Founder Membership (available June through August 2026 only)
- Founder rate of $349 per month, locked for the duration of continuous membership from your enrollment date
- All Sisu Rajaton-tier benefits for as long as you remain a member
- If the Sisu Rajaton rate changes, your Founder rate adjusts proportionally to stay $100 below the then-current Rajaton rate, with at least 30 days advance written notice
- Cancelling or downgrading forfeits the Founder rate permanently; re-enrollment is at then-current standard rates
Training Lab Access
- Training Lab Cohort: full coached access, twice-weekly cohort sessions, progressive programming, and The Ritual. Movement screen included at enrollment.
- Open Lab: equipment access during open training hours (no AlterG), 2 contrast sessions per month. No coached sessions or Ritual. Demotu app programming available at member rate.
- Sisu Rajaton / Founder: full coached access plus full recovery. Movement screen included at enrollment.
- Essential / Elevate: no Training Lab access. Upgrade to Open Lab, Training Lab Cohort, or Sisu Rajaton for lab access.
A movement assessment is required before Training Lab access. Demotu is the default tool; members who prefer not to use it may complete a standard movement assessment with a Sisu Longevity Coach at no additional cost.
Key Membership Terms
- Month-to-month. No minimum commitment. Cancel anytime; your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period.
- 3-business-day cooling-off period. New members may cancel within three business days of signing for a full refund, in accordance with Colorado law (CRS § 6-1-704).
- Auto-renewal. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Dues are charged on the anniversary of your enrollment date.
- Included sessions do not roll over to the following month and are non-transferable to other members.
- One session per modality per day for all tiers.
- Session duration defaults to 60 minutes for modalities with duration variants (Float, HBOT). The included weekly HBOT entitlement for Sisu Rajaton and Founder is the 60-minute version.

Rates and inclusions are current as of the effective date above and may change with at least 30 days advance notice, as provided in the Membership Agreement. The full Membership Agreement and Refund Policy are presented for your review and signature at enrollment.
