Our environment, designed for longevity
Our Equipment
We built a toolkit, not a showroom. Every modality here was selected because the research backs it, then sourced from the providers who do it best. The same hard-shell hyperbaric technology used in clinical settings. The same anti-gravity treadmill trusted by professional athletes. That standard runs through everything we do.
Our Space
We designed Sisu around the belief that environment shapes outcomes. Intuitive flow between ten modalities, private changing areas, and a team present enough to guide you and experienced enough to get out of your way. This is what a serious longevity space feels like.
Our Amenities
Relaxation lounge, tea service, and hydration stations. We provide bench mats for every sauna session. Bring your own towel and robe, or pick up the real thing — we carry authentic Finnish sauna textiles in-studio. Private locker rooms and showers.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy
Frequently Asked Questions
What does PEMF feel like?
Most people experience a gentle pulsing or tingling sensation, particularly in areas with active healing processes. The sensation is comfortable—many clients find it deeply relaxing and even fall asleep during sessions. Some people feel subtle muscle twitching as the electromagnetic pulses interact with tissue.
How long is a typical session?
Sessions typically range from 30 to 60 minutes. The optimal duration depends on your goals, current condition, and how your body responds. We’ll help you determine the best approach during your initial consultation.
How often should I use PEMF?
For general wellness and optimization, many clients benefit from 2-3 sessions per week. For accelerated recovery during heavy training blocks, daily sessions may be appropriate initially.
Is PEMF safe?
PEMF has an excellent safety profile supported by decades of clinical use and research. It has been FDA-approved for various applications since 1979. The therapy is non-invasive and drug-free. However, PEMF is not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, during pregnancy, or for those with certain medical conditions.
Can PEMF be combined with other treatments?
Yes! PEMF often enhances other therapies. At Sisu Longevity Studio, we offer powerful combinations like PEMF + mHBOT for cellular optimization, PEMF before contrast therapy for enhanced circulation, and PEMF for recovery after functional training.
How soon will I notice results?
Many people notice benefits from their very first session—improved energy, better sleep that night, or reduced pain. However, cumulative benefits build over time. Most clients report significant improvements within 2-4 weeks of consistent use.
Does insurance cover PEMF?
Currently, most insurance plans do not cover PEMF therapy for general wellness. However, we offer membership packages that make regular sessions accessible and cost-effective. Some HSA/FSA accounts may cover PEMF—check with your plan administrator.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing works best. PEMF penetrates through clothing, so no special attire is needed. Remove metal jewelry and electronic devices before sessions.
